Tickets and prices
Short-trip tickets (price level K)
A short-trip ticket enables you to travel for up to three stops from the starting point of your journey. Exceptions from this rule are listed below. These tickets are valid for 20 minutes max. from the time they were validated; changing to another line is not permissible. This short-trip ticket rule does not apply to light rail trains and long-distance train services (e.g. Deutsche Bahn).
Short-trip tickets cannot be used for travelling from the stops Werkstättentor, Huckarder Straße and Hafen to Bärenbruch. Also trips on the entire express bus route X13 are excluded from the short-trip price level K.
